Are my customers, patrons or guests happy and comfortable with the services I provide?

When a customer walks into your facility building restaurant or whatever kind of business you operate how do they feel? How do they feel? This is a question you should have at the top of your mind within every area of your business.
When a patron enters your building they should always feel welcome, comfortable and to put it bluntly they should feel like they are a part of your family. Ask yourself this, have you ever walked into a business of any kind it don’t matter, and were you ignored, or over looked. Was the place run down or dirty, was everything in that building easily accessible? Were your products or services what they were looking for? will they come back? Will they tell their friends?
These are all things you need to consider and you can’t really do it on your own because in most cases you have been desensitized to your own facility because you are there every day. What you need is a fresh pair of eyes ears and nose to come through your building and give you a detailed outlook of the entire place. And yes I said nose. Think about a time when you walked into a place and the smell of it was very unattractive. Not necessarily stinky, or gross; but uncomfortable; or better yet, uninviting.
Ok… ask yourself this question have you ever forgot to take your trash out but it don’t bother you because you have been in the house all day and it does not smell to you? But someone comes knocking at the door and there face looks like they just bit strait into a lemon. That’s what I'm talking about. Different smells in a place can attract people or they can repel them.
The same goes for how the building is set up is it pleasing to the eye? What sounds do they here?

These are all questions that you need to ask yourself,. I say these things because these things may very well be the problem with your business.
